• Permanent Resident: Minimum downpayment of 5% or 10% depending on the type of file.
• New arrival, non-permanent: Minimum downpayment of 5% or more.
• No extra fees or premiums to pay due to your ‘new arrival’ status. (You benefit from the same rates and low fees as any other borrower).
• No minimum residence duration required
• This program is reserved for borrowers who can officially confirm their revenues.

Do not have a credit history or job?

For new arrivals who do not have an established credit history or employment, it is necessary to place a minimum downpayment of 35%.
